OUR FOUNDER
David Alsippi
David Alsippi, founder of SCANTEK SOLUTIONS holds a PE license and has served as an engineer, department leader, and project manager with demonstrated integrity, aptitude, and confidence that enables him oversee and inspect a diverse range of projects. During his career, Mr. Alsippi has fulfilled a critical role in overseeing engineering and quality control functions for a $12MM provider of power supplies and lighting systems for the mining industry.
As a hands-on engineer, Mr. Alsippi is fully involved and responsible for detailed engineering calculations and design, CAD modeling, compliance with ASME code, manufacturing oversight of complex machined parts, the devising of test fixtures, authoring and execution of lab tests, and complex field testing. In-depth and extensive industry expertise and sound engineering principles to develop innovative products, provides a solid understanding of principals necessary to analyze and inspect complex manufacturing processes and prototypes.
David Alsippi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin. He has served in numerous leadership roles such as Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, Product Line Sales Manager, and Program Manager.
He is also an adjunct professor with Penn State University New Kensington, where he has developed and taught customized training programs for SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
